Here is Miss Claire! She is one of my 2012 Senior Reps for CHP! This is the 3rd time this year that I’ve photographed Claire…so she is a PRO in front of the camera. 🙂 Claire is not only one of my 2012 Senior Reps, but she was an intern for CHP this year, she won Homecoming Queen at her high school, has played soccer each year of high school for Irmo (plus club soccer) and will be attending USC Beaufort to play soccer in the fall. Claire is the COOLEST! 🙂 Check her out!

Tonight was the first meeting for my 2013 Senior Reps! This groups of senior ROCKS THE HOUSE! They are cool, fun, smart, creative, friendly and most importantly…love Craig Hewitt Photography! 🙂

I’ve been so blessed this year with an AMAZING group of Senior Reps! Each one of them has their own personality and uniqueness!  So with that in mind, I thought I would do something different with my 2012 Senior Reps and do a personal interview with each of them so you can get to know them better. Each week I’m going to “spotlight” a 2012 Senior Rep for CHP. The next lucky person chosen is Miss Claire!

What High School do you attend?
Irmo High School

After college what are your plans?
To hopefully pursue a career in something I love, and somewhere down the road own a farm!

How would you describe your fashion style?
Well when I’m not decked out in soccer sweats I like to wear loose patterned and solid tops and I love spring dresses and bright tennis shoes. Also I can never go wrong with jeans, so I would probably label my style as casual chick.

Do you have any nicknames? If so, what’s the story behind it?
CK, Claire Elise, and Lai. My dad has always called me CK because it is just my first and last initial; my mother on the other hand calls me by my first and middle name (Claire Elise) on occasion. Lastly, Lai was a nickname given to me by my friends in middle school and it is just my name without the C,R, and E.

If you had a roundtrip ticket to any exotic location in the world, where would you go? Why?
South America because I would love to explore the rain forests and see all of the animals and plants that live there- besides the anaconda, those freak me out.

How many pairs of shoes do you own?

If you had a big Hollywood budget to film a movie, what would it be about?
Probably about cars, soccer, or horses, or all of them!

What do you like most about Craig Hewitt Photography?
I like that I was able to open up and meet all of the other girls and to meet Craig as well. He is an awesome photographer and I was lucky to be his intern for the past semester, where I learned many things about photography and everything in between.

What High School do you attend?
Chapin High School

After college what are your plans?
I have no idea what I want to do after college or when I “Grow Up”. I could see myself in Africa helping the Invisible Children or I could see myself as a veterinarian or a doctor. I’m just going to trust the Lord to guide me where I need to be.

How would you describe your fashion style?
I would have to describe it as Bohemian Glam style. Some days I dress up earthy, other days I dress up in sparkles. It really just depends on the mood that I’m in.

Do you have any nicknames? If so, what’s the story behind it?
I have several: Lo, Logical, Loogie, etc. They have all originated from my close friends and family from several hysterical stories that I don’t feel comfortable discussing because they are THAT embarrassing.

If you had to describe your life in one word, what would it be?
Spontaneous: I strive to live my life on the edge, never knowing what tomorrow will bring. I consider myself a very impulsive person, which can be both good and bad. I try my hardest each day to put my trust and faith in Christ, and his plans are not always in accordance with mine.

If you could be a superhero, what would you want your superpowers to be and why?
If I could have one power, I would want to be able to teleport. I’m a social butterfly and a busy bee, so if I could teleport myself from one place to another in a blink of an eye, it would make my life SO MUCH EASIER.

If I gave you an Elephant where would you hide it?
I would hide him in Africa…that’s where all the elephants live. Then I would move to Africa and live with him. His name would be Benny.

If, every time you entered a room, a theme song played to announce you, what would it be?
It would be “Here Comes The Sun” by the Beatles because I feel like it represents me as an individual.

What do you like most about Craig Hewitt Photography?
There are multiple different aspects of CHP that I love and enjoy. I love dressing up for photo shoots, having personalized photos that fit my style, and I love the venues of where I have taken photos. But what I like most about CHP is how I am treated as an individual and my thoughts and ideas are always incorporated into my photos. CHP would be just like any other Photography businesses if it didn’t have a personalized aspect.
