Parker underwent hernia surgery today. We had to be AT the hosiptal at 6:00 AM…and yes I did say 6:00 AM!! The surgery went smoothly and the doctors and nurses could not have been any nicer. Parker was very emotional when he woke up in the recovery area but the doctor said that is normal and we should expect Parker to be this way for the next few days. Because Parker did an awesome job with surgery, we promised him some chick-fil-a. Here he is trying not to fall alseep while eating his first meal after surgery.
